Efficient oil and gas separation: The oil and gas mixture enters the oil and gas barrel (6), and the gas and oil are separated through the oil and gas separation filter element (5), reducing the oil content in the compressed air to a very low level, while storing lubricating oil to ensure circulating supply;
Stable pressure control: The minimum pressure valve (8) ensures that stable working pressure is maintained in the system and avoids pressure fluctuations from impacting gas equipment;
Lubricating oil circulation and purification: The separated lubricating oil controls the flow direction through the temperature control valve (9). When the oil temperature is too high, it enters the oil cooler (12) to cool down, and then filters out impurities through the air compressor oil filter (10). The clean lubricating oil is re-injected into the main engine to form an efficient cycle to ensure lubrication and cooling effects;
Air cooling output: The separated compressed air enters the aftercooler (11) for cooling, reducing the air moisture content, and finally outputs clean and stable compressed air from the air outlet (14) through the ball valve (13).
